The first time I was shown a house I requested, she arrived a bit late, and had paint on her clothes. She immediately apologized and that’s when I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. Not snobby like the realtors in the past. We put together an offer on a house, to find out they had a pending offer and the words she said about that was hilariously accurate.
