Jennifer was an excellent agent. She listened to what I needed and wanted, my concerns and preferences. Jennifer was very helpful providing her insights when walking through homes, easy to communicate with, and didn't try to push me into making any hasty or regrettable decisions. I would recommend selecting her as an agent and would again if given the opportunity.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cyndi and the exceptional care she took in selling my mom’s home. This was more than just a real estate transaction. It was an emotional process filled with memories. Cyndi’s compassion, patience, and kindness meant more to me than I can express. She handled every detail with incredible care while also bringing an outstanding work ethic and extensive knowledge of the real estate market. She was proactive, responsive, thorough, and always made sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable with each decision. She made a difficult and emotional transition so much easier and I will always be grateful for the care and dedication she showed to me and my family.

Nothing but great things to say about Cyndi Overcash, she was not only our realtor, but became a friend!! She took her time getting great pics and a better description of our home. Great communication, easy to talk to and she gave us great advice and tips on selling. Thank you so much for representing us!!
