In picking a real estate agent to sell our Lakehouse, we looked for someone that presented himself knowledgeable in the industry and had a pleasant personality. We found such a person at L.W. Reedy Real Estate. His name was Ross Rosenberg, an energetic young man that presented himself with the requirements that we had been looking for. Ross took charge from day one and put together a plan for us on what was needed to sell our Lakehouse in a short time. Three days after we put our Lakehouse up for sale, he had 35 showings and 3 major bids. We secured the best bid for the purchase and 5 weeks later we had completed all paperwork and had a check in our hand for the property. Thanks to Ross’s professional demure and hard work we had sold the Lakehouse in record time.

Grace was incredible during one of the most difficult times of our lives. She helped us sell our parents’ home, which they had owned for 40 years, and provided exceptional support and service throughout the entire process. She was extremely patient and understanding, even when we were stressed, and communicated with us every step of the way. Thanks to Grace, we sold our parents’ house in about eight weeks. We are truly grateful for her professionalism and care!
