Audrey is the best of the best on the North Shore! Audrey has helped us sell 2 homes and purchase one. We had contracts on both our homes in less than 2 weeks with offers at or above our ideal price. She is extremely "hands on" and works hard to make the process quick and easy. She will "stage" your home, using a combo of your current furnishings and her own accent pieces to make it look like you spent tens of thousands on an interior designer. Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself. She cleaned and organized the house and moved furniture around herself. If you want to sell your home on the North Shore, Audrey is the agent to use.
