Audrey is the best of the best on the North Shore! Audrey has helped us sell 2 homes and purchase one. We had contracts on both our homes in less than 2 weeks with offers at or above our ideal price. And she helped us find a new home and negotiate a great purchase price during a very tight market period. When selling she really helps present your home in the best possible light. She is extremely "hands on" and works hard to make the process quick and easy. She will "stage" your home, using a combo of your current furnishings and her own accent pieces to make it look like you spent tens of thousands on an interior designer. Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself. She cleaned and organized the house and moved furniture around herself. If you want to sell your home on the North Shore, Audrey is the agent to use.

I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking.
