Patrick is everything a homeowner/seller would want and appreciate in n a realtor. Since we now live out of state, he always kept us up to date. I feel he went beyond what I expected.

I cannot be more satisfied with my realtor than I am with Tony Nasca. Living in another state while you try to sell your house is challenging enough. When I add the fact that I was only in a position to sell the house “as is”, the challenge was amplified. Tony handled the entire process in a very friendly yet very professional manner. He went out of his way to take care of details I couldn’t, his network of attorneys and others who assisted took care of my needs beautifully, and Tony’s personal integrity is such that I felt confidence in his advice and his guidance led to a quicker sale than I thought possible. I’ve worked with Tony on many property transactions in the past and each experience was a positive one. I can’t thank him enough for all he did for me. I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. His ability to understand what we were looking for helped us feel comfortable making offers without seeing anything in person. His honesty and sense of humor made the move across the country easier.
