Patrick is everything a homeowner/seller would want and appreciate in n a realtor. Since we now live out of state, he always kept us up to date. I feel he went beyond what I expected.

He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing. We had some issues with our seller, but Todd and his team put their shoulder to the wheel to make all the pieces fit together and we are now happily moved in.
