During the entire process, Gerson always heard my thoughts and concerns and worked with my expectations. He ensured he kept me informed with the latest market trends, maintained prompt communication, and would advise me on any significant factors to keep in mind during my house hunting. I felt valued and reassured throughout the process and never felt uncomfortable asking my many questions as a first time buyer. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent and overall wonderful experience!

I must say Paul Sanchez is excellent at his job. He walked me through every step with purchasing my first home, made the process smooth and got me the best deal at closing. He made me feel very comfortable, truly enjoyed his job and it shows. I would highly recommend Paul to those who want to purchase a home. Purchasing a home as a first time buyer would be scary but with Paul he always assured me that every step we took would be in a positive manner and at the end of the day he told me I would be living in the home of my dreams. Thank you Paul
