As you can imagine, being a first time home buyer is a very nerve wrecking experience. Jessica walked me through the process with professionalism but also with care and dedication. She truly showed that she had my best interest when it came time to negotiating to get me the home of my dreams. Jessica had the patience to show me what seemed like a million homes, Im a bit picky :) She took my feedback and things got better with each showing until we finally found the house of my dreams. She was able to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with and a closing date that worked with my schedule. What was best about Jessica is her constant communication, no matter how small the topic was. She really makes you feel like a family who has nothing but your best interest in mind. Overall I would recommend only recommend Jessica to any friends looking to buy a home.

I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

We just recently bought a house using Jennifer's help. She went above and beyond for us and without her we never would have closed on our dream house. We had some curve balls thrown at us during the closing process and Jennifer handled it like a pro. Her expertise and hard work took the pressure off of us.
