steve was very patient with sellers who did not need to sell (ie looking for a specific selling point). it took a year with a lot of showings and several offers but we got a price we were happy with. steve did all we expected of him whether showings, open houses, negotiating, updating and walking us through every step. i would recommend steve to anyone looking to sell their property.

I've worked with Dave a few times. He is always very friendly, honest, and professional. He's very knowledgeable about the buying and selling process, and he does a great job of communicating throughout the process. I would highly recommend him!
