steve was very patient with sellers who did not need to sell (ie looking for a specific selling point). it took a year with a lot of showings and several offers but we got a price we were happy with. steve did all we expected of him whether showings, open houses, negotiating, updating and walking us through every step. i would recommend steve to anyone looking to sell their property.
Steven Chie did an extremely great job selling my place, starting with the pre-sale process to the post-sale. He is very client (people) focused and is able to read people very well,. He processed the papers quickly, got the showings done, and was proactive in keeping us up to date on the demand (number of showings, outcomes of showings, feedback from showings). He stayed on top of everything through the transaction process and pushed things along when the lawyers were taking their time. He gave sound advice when we were figuring out what to do during the negotiation process without being too pushy. He also helped us to close the deal in record time!
