We have worked with Sebastian Hernandez for both a beginning and a difficult end, and he was exceptional through both. He first helped us purchase our first family home while my wife was pregnant; his patience, professionalism, and honesty made us feel incredibly supported as we started our new chapter. More recently, we turned to Sebastian and his team for the sale of my late brother’s home. During such a challenging and emotional time for our family, they handled everything with grace and made the process seamless. Whether you are buying your dream home or navigating a difficult sale, I cannot recommend Sebastian highly enough.

Leslie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I am so glad she was referred to me by a good friend who worked with her on a sale and buying a new home. Thanks to her, my property was listed and had an offer within two weeks. She knew the area and anticipated what potential buyers wanted. She made the entire process easy and guided me through every step. I appreciated her honesty and expertise when discussing a realistic sales price for my property. She was professional and thorough and I reccommend her to any one in need of a knowledgeable and professional realtor.

They were professional and communicative throughout the transaction. Communication was timely, and they stayed engaged to help move things forward when coordination was needed between both sides. They demonstrated solid market knowledge and a clear understanding of the process, which helped keep momentum toward closing. I appreciated their effort to stay responsive and solution oriented from contract to close.
