Selling a house is overwhelming and selling an elderly relatives house during a pandemic only added to the stress. Vittoria Logli was highly recommended to me by two other relatives who utilized her amazing skills to sell their homes. Vittoria was thorough in explaining everything to me. After moving around so much I’ve had quite a few residences and therefore plenty of experiences with realtors. The list includes realtors in PA, IL, NJ… on both rentals and purchases. Mitch Gabel is second to none. What sets him apart is his patience, his ability to ask many questions, listen, and work in the buyer’s best interest. Having 2 boys born within 15 months of each other, we quickly found our new Family of 4 busting at the seams of our 2 BR townhouse. It was clear we needed a bigger place, preferably a single family home with 4+ bedrooms and some type of yard. We spent many Saturday afternoons looking at houses. <br/><br/>Throughout the entire (somewhat lengthy by many standards) process, Mitch maintained his strong support of our needs. He was quick to point out weaknesses of a house, preventing us from making a poor buying decision. Mitch was also quite creative, helping us along by providing input, “…you know, you might want to consider…” We never felt rushed during the entire process.
