Our house was a unique one to sell because of the property, and we felt very fortunate to have a realtor like John Greco who has so much expertise. From the moment we met him, John was personable and fun to work with and, most importantly, he helped us keep a positive attitude. It was not easy to sell a house during this pandemic, but we always felt we were in good hands with John. We put the house up for sale in July and closed in mid-September. This was our first experience working with a realtor, and all the details were seamless to us -- he worked closely with our attorney, he handled any paperwork with efficiency and speed, and he showed the property every chance he could.
