From the moment we met him, John was personable and fun to work with and, most importantly, he helped us keep a positive attitude. It was not easy to sell a house during this pandemic, but we always felt we were in good hands with John. We put the house up for sale in July and closed in mid-September. This was our first experience working with a realtor, and all the details were seamless to us -- he worked closely with our attorney, he handled any paperwork with efficiency and speed, and he showed the property every chance he could. John was the most helpful person I could imagine. I am physically disable and he assisted me every step of the way. The interior needed to be painted, I needed to upgrade the kitchen appliances. He was at the home to let them in when delivered. He noticed the cabinet knobs would look better if upgraded. He not only picked them up but installed them too! He ensured that I did not have to go to the closing! He was great!
