I highly reecommend Craig Sebert. I have used 4 realtors before and they were average and mostly below average. Craig is above average. He enjoys his job, so he does it well. Craig is very professional in dress as well as in demeanor. I loved that he was so responsive to my emails and texts. He worked with me and kept me included throughout the process, even after the quick sale of our home. He was caring and concerned and incredibly helpful from the negotiation, inspection point work to be done to getting us out of the house. It was a wonderful experience working with Craig. I would use Craig over and over again and refer him to my good friends.

There are great real estate agents, and then there are extraordinary people who happen to be real estate agents. We were blessed to find both in one person. From our very first conversation, I knew we were dealing with someone special. She was on vacation when we called, yet answered and treated us as though she were sitting at her desk, ready to help. She knew we were an out-of-state military family and went above and beyond. Her experience, responsiveness, and attention to detail are exceptional. She did her homework, anticipated problems, and kept us informed so we could make wise decisions and avoid costly mistakes. What sets her apart is her integrity and genuine care. We encountered challenges, even with the home we ultimately purchased and absolutely love. She found ways to make things work, sometimes at her own expense. Her financing team is equally remarkable: deeply experienced with VA loans, resourceful in finding the right financing, and determined to make things work for our family. They had our backs when it mattered most. It was never simply about closing a transaction or earning a commission. She genuinely wanted our family to find the right home and begin our next chapter with happiness and peace of mind. As a military family, we were especially moved by her tremendous respect for those who serve. Her connection to the military is personal, not merely professional, and she demonstrates her appreciation through actions. Her kindness and generosity continued through closing and beyond. We are deeply grateful to her, Tracy, her entire team, and everyone supporting her behind the scenes. I have tremendous respect for her, not only as an outstanding professional but as a human being. Five stars hardly seem sufficient. She didn’t simply help us buy a house. She helped our family find a home, protected our interests, and made a lasting difference in our lives. We recommend her with absolute confidence and heartfelt gratitude.
