Gretchen is the absolute BEST. I called in the am we were out looking at houses that night. She was so helpful with looking at details and pointing out issues that we found in some places and was never pushy or aggravated with all the craziness we dealt with while looking for houses. Kristina was phenomenal in helping me prep my Condo for sale. She helped me declutter and added accents that really improved the visuals of the home. We sold quickly and she helped navigate a series of different offers to find the best one for me.
