There was nothing “usual and customary” about my home purchase and home sale, yet Shea was helpful and adaptable throughout the process. We secured the best bid for the purchase and 5 weeks later we had completed all paperwork and had a check in our hand for the property. Thanks to Ross’s professional demure and hard work we had sold the Lakehouse in record time.

Lynda went above and beyond with helping me list, show and sell my home. On a few occasions she prepared the house for a showing when I simply could not be available. She also contacted all showing realtors for feedback when appropriate. She advised me thoroughly on both offers along with items which presented themselves on the home inspection.
