We enlisted Janet's services in the purchase of our first home. For first time homebuyers, she's a great realtor. She is straight forward and cuts to the point. She has a list of people and companies she'll recommend for any questions or services you may be looking for. There was a little nervousness (on her part) as we chose not to use her recommended lender, but all was well in the end. We closed on time and love our new home. Loren was terrific! I called him about a condo listing one saturday morning and he offered to show my the condo whenever was convenient, so I said how about now? So he met me there an hour later and a week later the seller accepted my offer on the most beautiful lakefront condo I never dreamed I could afford. He and his partner at Baird & Warner; Pamela Ball, did a great job. I am very happy. : )
