We were thrilled to have Carrie & Zach Ottum as our Realtor when selling our home. They responded very quickly to every text, call or email, and gave us great advice. They got us a solid offer in just a few days. They work VERY hard for their clients and best of all she cares and gets results! You can't go wrong with Carrie or Zach as your Realtor.

Being a first time homebuyer, I needed someone who understood the market and could answer any questions. Mary has immense knowledge of the local market and has a large amount of connections within real estate. Her and the team she recommended were invaluable to getting me into a property that I was overjoyed to purchase. She was especially useful in my case, as I had travel right after an offer was put on a property. Mary went out of her way to help set me up with all necessary documents and ensure I was ready for closing when I returned from my trip. She will always be my first recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
