The owner asked $380K for the house that we wanted to buy and din't want to bargain down the price. Albina did us a great favor (given that she was not getting anything in the case we buy that house) - she had done a market estimate for the house that turned out to be $351K. Although no appraisal was done at the time, the owner agreed to drop the price to $350K based on the assessment of the market made by Albina.

Chris did a fantastic job helping us buy a home. He was responsive, always available to show us homes and helped us understand the various nuances when buying a home. As a first-time home buyer, the process can seem daunting, but Chris did a great job of making everything as simple as it could be and always following up to ensure we understood everything. We strongly recommend him.

I've bought two houses in the past few years with Bonnie, and she is the best. She is always professional, and I have always felt she had my best interest in mind. On top of being a great agent, she is also very friendly and pleasant to work with. I strongly recommend her!
