She has talented people to refer to for painting and various fixes, and even was a go between, discussing paint options with the painter for example. She is very kind. Throughout the process of selling my Nana's house, I was always 100% sure she was on the same team as myself and my family, and even helped with emptying out the house while we were getting it ready. I've had a tough year in a lot of ways, and Karen made a huge difference in my experience with parting with my Nana's home.
