My background is in business as well as my education. I have two Bachelor degrees, one in Business Administration and the other in Human Resources & Benefits Administration. My first career was being at the head of HR for 5 years in an industrial setting and then another 8 years spent in the telecommunications. I seem to have always gravitated to working with people. I find it very rewarding to listen, devise a plan and actively participate helping people achieve their goals. There is nothing like working with joyful people! In 1997 I started with RE/MAX. I decided to put my business skills and experience with employee relocation's to work in real estate. I've accumulated hundreds of hours educating myself in the markets, the characteristics of the communities and honing skills from negotiation to staging and everything in between.
