Todd came highly recommended. He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing. We had some issues with our seller, but Todd and his team put their shoulder to the wheel to make all the pieces fit together and we are now happily moved in. Walter is GREAT! This guy went above and beyond his limits to help me feel comfortable and infomed on what was going on. I was a First time home buyer and it was all new to me.
