If Ty was not my realtor, I am not sure what I would have done. I had an attorney that was not moving fast and following up and the seller had the same type of attorney. My sale was a nightmare. The condo got appraised right when it was ready to be sold per usual and the appraisal got accepted by the bank and then all of a sudden, something unheard of happened and the bank decided to shave off over $10,000 of the selling price. It messed the entire process up and confused everyone involved. We had to go back and start from the drawing board. We had to renegotiate, and ammend the paper work and I was unsure of what to do. Do I still sell? Do I drop the deal? Luckily I had Ty explain what was happening in the situation. Apparently banks are not looking at lobbies inside condo buildings to see if they are updated or not. The part that of the price that was cut down was based on the shape that the lobby of the building was in. He knew everything going on because he was communicating with the appraiser who was talking to the bank. The whole process was frustrating because I was expecting my attorney to do more organizing and talking and Ty just took the bull by the horns and spoke with the buyer realtor, attorney as well as the bank to make the process smooth for me. I would recommend Ty to anyone out there looking to buy or sell a home. He is worth his weight in gold when it comes to commission. He does valuable work to make sure you are taken care of and fights for you.

Setting a good sale price also made it very attractive which brought in the buyer, Mrs, Cambell had many ideas on getting the house ready for pictures and open house. am very happy with the outcome.
