I was in rehab for a lot of the time while the house was for sale. Carmen brought all necessary paper work to me while I was in rehab. Carmen took extra time to explain all the details of the contract. She also went beyond the scope of her job for me and always kept me aware of what was going on. Carmen referred me to an attorney who handled my sale, as I could not be at the closing. The sale went smooothly and we closed swiftly.
