"Katherine was wonderful to work with in selling our Plainfield townhome. She was very efficient with the entire process. My husband and I are very pleased with went with Katherine and Berkshire Hathaway."

I was a first time home buyer with lots of questions and not a lot of knowledge. Tara had a first time home buyer seminar with a Mortage advisor, I learned how to start, and 7 months later I was putting a down payment on a house. Tara was there the whole time, always available, and happy to advise. Through inspections, offers, repair requests and all those little things that come up when home buying. Tara and her whole team were wonderful and professional. They gave me the knowledge to answer all the questions other people trying to advise me asked. I was told it sounded like I did my homework, really I just had Tara, Chad and Dirk making sure I understood the whole process and was comfortable with what was happening. Now I am a happy homeowner!!

Vimi jumped in when I wanted to see the property and accommodated me immediately in spite of a pre committmen . This definitely shows how committed she is in helping her customers. Loved the property we bought with no hassles because of the excellent service Vimi provided

I used Laura Alberts for the sale of 2 homes now...she is an excellent communicator, and is sooo experienced with the ins and outs of the real estate market. Right now, she's helping me find a new home...she's great at that too. So patient with me on this important decision. She explains everything in lames terms. She's available for questions and showings at the drop of a hat.
