I was a first time home buyer with lots of questions and not a lot of knowledge. Tara had a first time home buyer seminar with a Mortage advisor, I learned how to start, and 7 months later I was putting a down payment on a house. Tara was there the whole time, always available, and happy to advise. Through inspections, offers, repair requests and all those little things that come up when home buying. Tara and her whole team were wonderful and professional. They gave me the knowledge to answer all the questions other people trying to advise me asked. I was told it sounded like I did my homework, really I just had Tara, Chad and Dirk making sure I understood the whole process and was comfortable with what was happening. Now I am a happy homeowner!!

Everything with Tara went above and beyond our expectations. It was our first time buying a house and we met Tara at an open house.
