Pat handled both the purchase of our new home and sale of our home. We could not have made a better choice! Pat’s knowledge of the process was invaluable. She walked us through every step. No matter what questions we had, she always took the time to explain things to us. Pat is aware of what is going on currently in the market and because of that she got us the best possible price for each our buy and sale. Pat was available it seemed for 24 hours a day.. lol.. we were very fortunate to have as our agent. I would recommend her for anyone either buying or selling a home.

Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. Mike was extremely helpful throughout our whole home buying experience. He is very knowledgeable about what to look out for when walking through homes. He helped us buy our first home, and throughout the whole process he gave us very good advice, and never steered us wrong. We actually bought the first house we looked at! I know it's not normal, but I know this was because Mike spends the time to get to know you and exactly what you are looking for. He wants you to buy the perfect house, and puts a lot of work in for you. On several occasions, he pointed out things that inspectors may have caught, but before we even got to that stage. This allowed us to be extremely confident that when we found the house we fell in love with the inspection didn't turn up anything that we weren't already aware of (only minor things). Because of his years of experience, he was able to connect us with very reputable inspectors, which left us with fewer things to worry about. He always made himself available for whenever was best for our busy schedule. I would highly recommend Mike Smetana!
