As you can imagine, being a first time home buyer is a very nerve wrecking experience. Jessica walked me through the process with professionalism but also with care and dedication. She truly showed that she had my best interest when it came time to negotiating to get me the home of my dreams. Jessica had the patience to show me what seemed like a million homes, Im a bit picky :) She took my feedback and things got better with each showing until we finally found the house of my dreams. She was able to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with and a closing date that worked with my schedule. Peter showed us many homes and helped provide great insight on each home. He was thorough and reviewed each property carefully. Pete was timely and assisted us in every step during the buying process. Pete gave great estimates on what to bid on each home. He identified some of the repairs and gave quick estimates on how much the repairs would cost (or should cost). Overall it was great working with Peter and the Redco staff.
