He wants you to buy the perfect house, and puts a lot of work in for you. On several occasions, he pointed out things that inspectors may have caught, but before we even got to that stage. This allowed us to be extremely confident that when we found the house we fell in love with the inspection didn't turn up anything that we weren't already aware of (only minor things). Because of his years of experience, he was able to connect us with very reputable inspectors, which left us with fewer things to worry about.
