Roger was super helpful throughout every step of the home buying process. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and we knew hardly anything about what was involved in buying a home. Roger was very helpful with clarifying the process for us, and didn't mind when we asked him to repeat some parts of it for us. Roger was also very skilled at taking our budget and housing needs in mind when choosing listings for us to see. He helped us with knowing which questions to ask and what details to look for. Audrey is the best of the best on the North Shore! Audrey has helped us sell 2 homes and purchase one. We had contracts on both our homes in less than 2 weeks with offers at or above our ideal price. And she helped us find a new home and negotiate a great purchase price during a very tight market period. When selling she really helps present your home in the best possible light. She is extremely "hands on" and works hard to make the process quick and easy. She will "stage" your home, using a combo of your current furnishings and her own accent pieces to make it look like you spent tens of thousands on an interior designer. Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself. She cleaned and organized the house and moved furniture around herself. If you want to sell your home on the North Shore, Audrey is the agent to use.
