Karen is everything you hope for in an agent and more. Genuinely, I could not have asked for a better agent. She's on top of everything from the start, she even gave me reminders when I needed them. She's an expert, can answer any question I came up with. Is super familiar with the area, very thoughtful and knowledgeable on what needed to be done, and willing to help! She has the right contacts. She has talented people to refer to for painting and various fixes, and even was a go between, discussing paint options with the painter for example. She is very kind. Throughout the process of selling my Nana's house, I was always 100% sure she was on the same team as myself and my family, and even helped with emptying out the house while we were getting it ready. I've had a tough year in a lot of ways, and Karen made a huge difference in my experience with parting with my Nana's home.

I don’t think there are enough words to describe how amazing my experience with Melissa was.... we found ourselves in a tough spot and needing to pursue a short sale of our home after we had already moved out of state. We had a difficult (putting it mildly) tenant in the home and Melissa helped us navigate everything, she handled the tenant which was not only a ton of work but completely outside of the standard services a realtor would normally provide, she coordinated with the lawyers (often times making suggestions or asking things they hadn’t thought of), she taught us what questions we needed to be asking and was always looking out for us...she is so incredibly knowledgeable about the process and it was beyond reassuring having her on our side, especially when it got stressful and scary she always knew what the next steps were and what to say to keep us positive and moving forward. I have never worked with a realtor who I felt so sincerely cared about us and the outcome and wanted to help, she wasn’t just in it for a commission and the proof of that was that I found out very late in the process that apparently her commission had been cut by the bank/lawyers and she didn’t even feel the need to mention it to us along the way, she just kept working her butt off to get the deal done for us. I could keep going but frankly there are not enough stars available on Zillow for Melissa. You will not regret working with her, I can say that with 100% confidence.
