Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job. Even though we won't be selling for a few decades I plan to use her again in the future.

I’m comforted by knowing I can reach out to her even post sale, and would definitely use her again for any other real estate needs.

Kate was instrumental in helping me find a new home with a tight timeline and even tighter market. Our search was primarily conducted virtually. Kate face-timed home visits and worked with my daughter to include her in visits. Her knowledge of the local market was invaluable as I knew nothing about it.
