She does not cower away from the difficult conversations and isn't afraid to ask questions that need answering. More importantly, time is a valuable thing to many people. I enjoyed working with her for the peace of mind. I knew I didn't have to worry because she knew what she was doing. When buying a home, competence and know-how is invaluable. During a stressful year in which we got married and changed addresses twice, we had the good fortune of receiving a referral to Maritherese Karolich of Berkshire Hathaway. Not only did Ms. Karolich promptly respond to all messages and phone calls, she painstakingly went out of her way to locate additional information for us. This was very helpful and not, in our experience, typically provided by most real estate agents. For example, when the sellers' agent and attorney were unable to provides information concerning homeowners' association guidelines promptly, Ms. Karolich found another way to track down the information. This allowed us to expedite our decision-making process when placing a bid on our new home. Maritherese Karolich is exceptionally knowledgeable, conscientious, and thoughtful. We would recommend her, without condition, to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home in the Naperville area.
