We had a relatively quick close, so Susanna was instrumental in accessing important HOA documents. Between her and our attorney, we were advised on what was most important. Susanna then spoke on our behalf for consideration on some fixes within the unit. Susanna was always available and kept us inform through the whole process. Closing went very smoothly.
