Kevin's experience in this area is deep. He remembered me and answered my phone call by name, when I had last worked with him ten years ago. He guided my family and me through our first house sale ever (Mom had lived in her house for 66 years). The house was old and a bit of a challenge to deal with, but patience and a lot of showings finally found the right buyer. We can warmly recommend Kevin Burke.

He was very supportive during a difficult time selling our mothers home. He kept us informed and updated as necessary and was aware of the local market to support negotiations. I would highly recommend Kevin whether you want to sell or buy a home.

Kevin brought many years of real estate sales and sales strategies to assist in the sale of our home. Great communication from Kevin all along the say. Our home sold in weeks with multiple offers-- above asking price-- and we could not be more pleased.
