Patrick is everything a homeowner/seller would want and appreciate in n a realtor. Since we now live out of state, he always kept us up to date. I feel he went beyond what I expected.

Selling & buying our house in the middle of a pandemic was challenging, but with Nikhil it went smoothly and relatively quickly. He deserves more than 5 stars with all the knowledge, guidance, negotiation skills and responsiveness that he provides in every step of this process. It was such a pleasure to work with Nikhil and we highly recommend Nikhil.

In picking a real estate agent to sell our Lakehouse, we looked for someone that presented himself knowledgeable in the industry and had a pleasant personality. We found such a person at L.W. Reedy Real Estate. His name was Ross Rosenberg, an energetic young man that presented himself with the requirements that we had been looking for. Ross took charge from day one and put together a plan for us on what was needed to sell our Lakehouse in a short time. Three days after we put our Lakehouse up for sale, he had 35 showings and 3 major bids. We secured the best bid for the purchase and 5 weeks later we had completed all paperwork and had a check in our hand for the property. Thanks to Ross’s professional demure and hard work we had sold the Lakehouse in record time.

Bryan was the listing agent for a property I inquired about when my family began searching for a home in the western suburbs. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Bryan spent a lot of time taking us out on showings and helping us to find a property that fit our price point and needs. He is hard working and helpful and I'd highly recommend him.
