When buying our home, she was very flexible with our schedules and attentive to our questions. You can certainly tell she loves what she does even after years of working as a realtor. Danyel was great to work with. Initially we did not agree on the list price, but after seeing the comps, we agreed that Danyel's price was where we should be. Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.
