I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed. I would highly recommend Martin to any family member or friend as he goes above and beyond to serve his clients.
