In picking a real estate agent to sell our Lakehouse, we looked for someone that presented himself knowledgeable in the industry and had a pleasant personality. We found such a person at L.W. Reedy Real Estate. His name was Ross Rosenberg, an energetic young man that presented himself with the requirements that we had been looking for. Ross took charge from day one and put together a plan for us on what was needed to sell our Lakehouse in a short time. Three days after we put our Lakehouse up for sale, he had 35 showings and 3 major bids. We secured the best bid for the purchase and 5 weeks later we had completed all paperwork and had a check in our hand for the property. Maria Tyrjan remained focused on the task at hand in a business-like manner. She remained calm and reassuring when unexpected (to me) problems arose. Other related professionals, e.g., home inspector, real estate attorney, etc. recommended to assist in the process, proved to be very reliable and competent. In addition, she has made herself available to follow up post closing issues and questions. I would not hesitate to contact her for similar services in the future.

I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. She and her team helped us out so much with getting the house ready, reassuring my older parents at every step. She held open houses and had the house under contract after one weekend. Once it was under contract, she helped with ensuring that everything that we needed to do was conveyed to us or copied us on things the lawyer or her team was taking care of for us. Throughout the process and afterward, we all felt as if Cathy was part of our family, and she genuinely cared for my parents and me as we navigated the sale of the house and their move into a senior retirement community. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed. I would highly recommend Martin to any family member or friend as he goes above and beyond to serve his clients.
