I hired Frances to sell my condo in Arlington Heights. From start to finish, she was professional and responsive. She assessed the property for repairs needed, provided several possible references for local vendors for work to be done, took excellent pictures for the listing, etc. She went above and beyond whenever possible. For example, when a potential buyer placed a bid, she verified their qualification and suggested we respond accordingly whether they were truly qualified or just pre-qualified by a web site. She didn't suggest a low price to make the sale, so we started it high to test the market. We got a good price and a fast sale.

This is our 2nd time working with Lupe. She did amazing, as this time around she helped us with the sell and purchase of our home.
