I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

There aren't adequate words to express the gratitude and admiration I hold for Georgia and her colleague, Stephanie. Due to a very serious illness, my then-ex-wife (we've since remarried) needed to move in with me in Denver for medical care and to be near our children. Despite this endorsement, I went into the process with suspicion because it so often seems poor service and sketchy business ethics are the new norm. Georgia and Stephanie immediately put us at ease. They literally took care of everything, and I mean everything. And they did so with the kindest and most generous spirits imaginable. Plus, they were able to sell the property shockingly fast, relieving us of the worry and financial burden of a house my wife could no longer use. I could go on indefinitely about the kind of people Georgia and Stephanie are…the dignity, compassion and sensitivity they demonstrated at every turn. But I think you get the gist. You'd probably like to know about their knowledge and competence as realtors. Let’s just say they know the process inside out. They kept us informed at every step of the way and made what was an extremely painful and daunting decision as easy as anyone could hope for. Bottom line: If I or one of my friends ever needed real estate help, I would personally drive them down and introduce them to Georgia and Stephanie. No one else would do! They aren't just realtors, they are now our dear friends.
