I hired Alexa after being dissatisfied with another agent from another brokerage. Alexa was super responsive, kept me informed every step of the way. She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Best of all we were happy with the price we sold it for and AMAZED at how quickly she negotiated a deal for us. First showing listed with Alexa and we had a contract. Maybe 20 showings with the previous agent and no bites or follow-up. THANK YOU ALEXA! I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

We are first time home buyers and through the process Cheryl made the experience of looking for our home easy, stress-free and enjoyable. She explained everything in great detail. If there was ever a question she didn’t have the answer to she made sure to figure it out. Cheryl was determined to find our home all while being very mindful of our needs and respected our decisions. I would 100% recommend Cheryl!

As you can imagine, being a first time home buyer is a very nerve wrecking experience. Jessica walked me through the process with professionalism but also with care and dedication. She truly showed that she had my best interest when it came time to negotiating to get me the home of my dreams. Jessica had the patience to show me what seemed like a million homes, Im a bit picky :) She took my feedback and things got better with each showing until we finally found the house of my dreams. She was able to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with and a closing date that worked with my schedule. What was best about Jessica is her constant communication, no matter how small the topic was. She really makes you feel like a family who has nothing but your best interest in mind. Overall I would recommend only recommend Jessica to any friends looking to buy a home.

As a 1st time home buyers we were blessed having Nikola Andric as our agent. He explained and walked us through he whole process till the closing. Quick response on every question we had, and we had a lot of them! We highly recommend him.

Joanne is a thoughtful agent. She keeps the lines of communication open, updating on where things stand. Thank you Joanne!
