Bryan was quick and efficient to respond when I wanted to put an offer down on my now home. He pulled comps, put together an offer and sent if off the same afternoon. Once I was under contract he facilitated communication between seller's agent, real estate attorneys and the mortgage lender to make it so my closing was a week earlier than anticipated. Bryan was flexible with meeting my schedule for the inspection and final walk through.
