Our latest purchase was a house just down the road from my brother and his family. We were going up against other potential buys and Kim was able to convince the seller that we were the right family for the house. She shared our story about wanting our son to grow up down the street from his cousin since we were not allowed to write a letter to the seller. Every experience we've had with Kim has been wonderful. Once we were under contract, she even installed fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors herself to help keep the process running smoothly.
