At a time when we were in dire need of getting out of where we were, in a house that was falling down around us; as we were also put on a time limit by the town to fix all areas of this house which would have been costly and not worth it, Rachel was quick to get a buyer for that dump, who was willing to hold off on closing until we found another place. Rachel was quick at finding us a place which was definitely an upgrade. She had taken on so many duties of having helped us find reasons priced workers to fix a few areas of the new house that we are now living comfortably in.
