I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

Janie came recommended to us by a close friend. Even though she doesn't regularly work in our area, she took our listing and did an amazing job. She traveled to our home regularly to support the selling process and to hold open houses. Janie communicated her schedule and offered to do the open houses several times. I think this really helped to get the right traffic through our home and to get it sold quickly. We got a strong offer and Janie supported us all the way through closing! Janie also guided us through the home buying process. We were moving to her area and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was with us every weekend to go around to houses and met us after work when needed. When we made our offer, she gave us the comps and research for the neighborhood to be able to make a decent offer. We had some back-and-forth with the sellers and Janie helped us to develop the best strategy we could. We ultimately secured the offer that we were pleased with. We would highly recommend Janie for any needs you have in the North Shore!

I had many concerns as I put out my house for sale since I had no prior experience selling houses. However, all my concerns disappeared when I met Grace Ryu. From the start, I had a firm belief that everything will go well and sure enough, Grace was there for me from the start to finish.
