We had no idea when we started looking with our daughter at homes that Gloria would be the perfect realtor for us. You expect your realtor to know the current market, to know what communities fit your needs. What you don’t expect is for them to so easily get to know you. It’s not just about the property, it’s not just about the neighborhood, it’s about trusting who you’re working with to understand what fits your needs even better than you do. Gloria wasn’t just our realtor, she truly became our friend and looked out for us as a friend would. It was working to find the place that our daughter could call her home and not just making a sale. Purchasing your first home is an extremely stressful experience, but Gloria made it seem easy. Her guidance through all of the steps, from the search to the closing, set our daughter’s mind at ease. We will definitely work with Gloria the next time we, or our daughter, are looking for our next home.
