Naomi took a very stressful time and turned it into a wonderful experience. Her assessment of my home prior to going on the market vis a vis work to be done was spot on and really helped. When something didn’t go as planned she had a ‘someone’ in her contacts who could get it done quickly. She went above and beyond in helping us through this time, even bringing us boxes to help us pack! She was also a straight shooter and didn’t sugarcoat bad news or feedback and helped us wherever possible to turn it around. I don’t know how I’d have survived this without Naomi’s wit and wisdom. Carmen was wondering in providing all the necessary information and documentation need to get this closing to happen. She was able to negotiate the price down and handle the setup of the appraisal. Her experience with real estate is excellent and her problem solving skills are on par.
