She was the only one who shared the same vision for our home and the only one with whom we felt like we weren’t just a number. Two of the top realtors in Hinsdale suggested we list at 10% less than our sale price. Barbara saw the value and uniqueness of our home. She was confident in her pricing and supported it with appropriate comps. Her marketing strategies were excellent – she often thought outside of the box to find ways to showcase our home. She was always quick to respond with our questions and walked by us every step of the way. Throughout the process, we would often discuss how wonderful it was working with Barbara. I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

So Happy that I found a realtor I was able to trust and know He had my back. As a young first time home buyer in this unfamiliar territory, it is scary! But Gerardo was sooo helpful and knowledgeable And since it was my first time he asked all the questions I didn’t think of asking. That’s was so amazing and I appreciated it!
