I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

After moving around so much I’ve had quite a few residences and therefore plenty of experiences with realtors. The list includes realtors in PA, IL, NJ… on both rentals and purchases. Mitch Gabel is second to none. What sets him apart is his patience, his ability to ask many questions, listen, and work in the buyer’s best interest. Having 2 boys born within 15 months of each other, we quickly found our new Family of 4 busting at the seams of our 2 BR townhouse. It was clear we needed a bigger place, preferably a single family home with 4+ bedrooms and some type of yard. He was quick to point out weaknesses of a house, preventing us from making a poor buying decision. Mitch was also quite creative, helping us along by providing input, “…you know, you might want to consider…” We never felt rushed during the entire process. The end result being a nice house that our Family will enjoy for many decades. I am grateful to Mitch Gabel and highly recommend him to anyone in the Chicago area for any Real Estate needs.
